I offer free 20-minute video consultations to talk through what’s going on, explore how I can help, and see if we’re a good fit—with no pressure or obligation to move forward.
Together, we’ll look beneath the surface to uncover the patterns, stories, and dynamics shaping your life—so we can unpack what’s holding you back and find freedom to consciously choose how you want to live.

We figure out what fits your goals, your processing style, and your life. Sometimes we’ll work with practical tools and concrete strategies; other times we’ll slow down to create a safe space for deeply-rooted emotions, stories, and patterns to surface so we can explore what has been running your life unconsciously. Most often, meaningful change involves both.

Coaching is a collaborative, present- and future-oriented partnership focused on personal growth, possibility, and meaningful change. Coaching can help you develop greater self-awareness, uncover the stories and patterns living in the shadow — those parts of our experience that can shape our choices without our full awareness — break unhelpful cycles, and cultivate healthier ways of being. Together, we explore what may be keeping you stuck, illuminate new possibilities, reveal hidden strengths, bring fears into awareness, and create space for desires that can guide you toward a more intentional and fulfilling life.
Therapy is a clinical process designed to assess and treat mental health conditions and emotional or psychological difficulties. It may explore past experiences, trauma, relationships, and patterns contributing to present-day struggles, while supporting healing and emotional well-being.
Coaching and therapy can complement each other beautifully. If you’re working with a therapist, coaching can be a powerful place to focus on the present and future—clarifying what you want, turning insight into action, building new habits and ways of relating, and creating a life that feels more aligned with who you’re becoming. Each can offer a different kind of support, working alongside the other when appropriate.
